Built in 1858, Netley Hall is located just outside the Shropshire village of Dorrington, only a short drive from Shrewsbury. The Hall has been meticulously restored to preserve its classic elegance and is nestled within 160 acres of private grounds, lakes, and gardens.
One of my favourite features at Netley Hall is the stunning staircase that leads down into the spacious, high-ceilinged Grand Hall. This elegant space, with its marble pillars and sparkling Waterford crystal chandeliers, provides a memorable setting for wedding ceremonies. Just off the Grand Hall is the stately Brook Suite, which can comfortably seat up to 76 guests for the wedding breakfast. A short walk through the grounds brings you to the Hope Edwards Suite, which accommodate up to 300 guests. Three thousand fairy lights add a magical touch to this expansive indoor marquee.
Netley Hall also boasts a beautiful lakeside area, offering a serene backdrop for your vows, as well as tranquil gardens with a reflection pool and stunning views over the Shropshire countryside.
