Jo and Nate chose beautiful venue Pendrell Hall, located near Codsall Wood in Staffordshire, for their late October wedding. They opted for a civil ceremony in the lovely Arts and Crafts-style Morning Room, with its gorgeous wooden wall panelling, a decorative arcaded overmantle, and Victorian plasterwork. Jo chose an elegant wedding dress with clean lines, dropped shoulders and a thigh-high split in the skirt that looked fantastic on her, paired with a long veil, while Nate wore a classic tuxedo with black bowtie, in contrast to his groomsmen, who were decked out in cream jackets to contrast with the groom. To match the autumnal date, Jo’s bouquet featured soft peachy, russet and gold-hued flowers.
After sharing some wonderfully personal (and funny) vows in their ceremony, Nate and Jo were absolutely showered in confetti by their guests before enjoying drinks and canapes in the venue’s grounds in the warming October sunshine. The fountain in front of the house is a lovely spot for couple’s portraits, and a wander around the gardens provided further opportunities for pictures underneath the iron archway and below the willow tree. After a lovely hour mingling with their family and friends Jo and Nate were seated in the bright and airy Ballroom for their wedding breakfast.
